The Kaizen Innovation apprenticeship aims to give learners the practical and theoretical skills they need to succeed in this innovative and challenging role. Over three years learners gain a valuable insight into all aspects of automotive assembly process, including design and manufacture of ‘Low Cost Automation’, as well as maintenance of facilities for either quality improvements or cost savings. They'll also acquire the skills and knowledge required to work as a member of the team responsible for maintaining the facilities and tooling.
