We deploy our allocation of government funding to ensure that social mobility and the challenges that social mobility presents are at the heart of our curriculum design, range of qualifications and delivery methodologies.

NA College will offer a range of short courses that offer training or progression routes to the low and mid-skilled workforce.

Evidence shows that people from the lowest social grades are less likely to engage in training, around half of these individuals have not taken part in any form of learning or training since leaving school.it is our mission at NA College to challenge this by creating opportunities for all.

We must break through this barrier and offer a flexible, modern and sector-based curriculum that meets the needs of both the student and the employer.
