Who is this course for?

The Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques is for learners who want to gain knowledge in Lean methodology, what Lean is and why and how it is used in manufacturing.

What will I learn?

Learners will gain knowledge surrounding Lean methodology, what Lean is, why it is used in manufacturing and how. You will use a range of charts and graphs to find faults in a process and then implement improvements.

Learners get the opportunity to:

• Gain understanding of lean in the manufacturing environment and the methods used to make improvements to this such as Kaizen and Lean manufacturing
• Be able to complete and interpret a range a graphs and charts
• Identify the areas for improvement with in a process
• Be able to record different types of results accurately
