Reality Education is our initiative to empower all of our learners and apprentices to achieve more through innovative simulated working environments in collaboration with leading advanced manufacturing and engineering employers. This ensures disadvantage is not a barrier to a prosperous career and students are prepared for tomorrow.
Our courses range from school enrichment activities aimed at those aged 11 to 16, to our highly respected apprenticeships and our vocational skills programmes targeted to those aged 19 and above. We aim to ensure that productivity and efficiency skills are embedded in everything that we do.
