Our Learning Support Team also manage our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) output, so you get a fluent experience across all parts of your learning journey with us. They can give you information on all of our courses, how to enrol and what services and facilities are available to you as a learner or apprentice.
Our Student Services Officer delivers a professional and friendly IAG Service across all of our courses. Our service is completely free and accessible to everybody. We can offer you advice within a confidential setting if required.
